Grace Period: You have 15 days to pay your ticket before the fine amount increases.
Unpaid Tickets: If left unpaid, your ticket may be sent to collections. Unpaid violations are stored in our database and may result in a bylaw violation if another infraction occurs in our lot.

How Tickets Are Issued:
- Our enforcement officers use LPR (License Plate Recognition) scanners to scan vehicle plates.
- Officers carry mobile printers to issue violations on-site.
- Some of our parking lots are equipped with cameras that track vehicle stay durations, assisting officers in enforcing time restrictions.
Our enforcement operates on a 2-strike basis:
First Infraction → A parking ticket is issued.
Second Infraction → Officers will call bylaw enforcement to issue a formal violation.
Unpaid Tickets:
- If left unpaid, your ticket may be sent to collections
- Unpaid violations are stored in our database and may result in a bylaw violation if another infraction occurs in our lot.

If you believe your ticket was issued in error, you may submit a dispute within 14 days of issuance.
How to File a Dispute:
- Complete the Dispute Form (Insert form link).
- Attach supporting evidence (e.g., receipts, photos, permit documentation).
- Provide liscence plate number and ticket number
- Our team will review your case and respond within 2 business days.
Please note: Submitting a dispute does not pause the payment due date. If your dispute is denied, late fees may apply.
