Submitting an Appeal

If you have received a parking ticket and wish to dispute it, you may submit an appeal for review. The only way to file an appeal is through the form below. Please refer to the back of your ticket or the reminder letter for additional instructions.

To ensure a timely and thorough review:

  • Submit your appeal within 14 days of the ticket issuance date.
  • Provide a clear explanation as to why you believe the ticket should be dismissed.
  • Attach any supporting evidence, such as:
    • Parking receipts or permits
    • Photographic evidence
    • Other relevant documentation
  • Include your contact details for response.

What Happens Next?

Review Process:

  • Once your appeal is received, your ticket will be placed on hold while we conduct a review.
  • If more information is needed, our team will contact you within 2 working days requesting additional details.
  • If sufficient information has been provided, we will assess the appeal and notify you of the outcome within 2 working days via email.

Follow-Up:
If you do not receive a response before your payment due date, please contact us at info@parkitsolution.com for an update.


Once Your Appeal Has Been Reviewed

  • If your appeal is successful: Your ticket will be withdrawn, and no further action is required.
  • If your appeal is unsuccessful: The ticket remains valid, and you will need to pay the fine before the due date to avoid additional penalties.
